Introduction

Zei Shin Do Karate is a martial art style developed from a blend of traditional Goju-Ryu Karate, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Submission Wrestling and Modern Self Defence / Protection techniques.

The founder of South East Academy, Domenic Amato, inspires his students to a lifelong commitment of self improvement and has a passion in teaching people of all ages new martial arts techniques and concepts.
